Are your products used?
We only deal in leftover factory stock, all items are new.
How I can determine my feet size?
Measure your feet accordingly and compare it with size chart given with boots images. If any confusion in size occurs please send message or call us for queries, before placing your order.
Do you have a size exchange or refund policy?
We only offer exchanges or refunds if the product is damaged, we do not offer size exchanges so please check measurements before ordering.
Do i have to pay my order right away?
All orders placed are on hold for 24 hours only, orders get cancelled automatically after that.
Is cash on delivery available?
We offer both COD and online payments option.
